You will receive an email one week prior to show date with your booth number and vendor information.
BOOTHS ARE OUTSIDE ON GRASS. Your space will be marked out and you must stay within that space! YOU BRING YOUR SET-UP; we provide nothing but the space.
NO REFUNDS; RAIN OR SHINE THE SHOW GOES ON...
SET UP: You can come in and set up on Thursday/Friday. Please call 713-557-3124 when you get to your vendor spot! YOU MUST BE SET UP 9:00AM ON SATURDAY MORNING (NO EXCEPTIONS)! Food vendors must be ready to serve by 8:00AM SHARP!
All cars must be parked, vendor area cleared, and you should be ready for business!
TAKE DOWN: No early take downs; wait until winners have been announced and traffic is leaving for the parade! Some people may not go to parade so there will still be some sales!
WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING ANY MORE CLOTHING VENDORS AT THIS EVENT.
PLEASE PICK UP YOUR AREA AND DO NOT LEAVE TRASH!
NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ALLOWED ON PREMISES. This is a kid-friendly, family event.
