LIABILITY, RELEASE, INDEMNIFICATION & HOLD HARMLESS
The undersigned Vendor voluntarily assumes all risks associated with Vendor’s participation in the Eureka Springs Jeep Jam, including setup, operation, and teardown.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vendor agrees to release, waive, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Great Passion Play, Eureka Springs Jeep Jam, and their respective officers, directors, employees, volunteers, coordinators, sponsors, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or related to Vendor’s participation in the event, including claims for personal injury, illness, death, or damage to or loss of property caused by or arising from the acts or omissions of Vendor, its owners, employees, agents, contractors, representatives, products, equipment, displays, or activities.
Vendor is solely responsible for the security and safety of its property, merchandise, equipment, employees, and representatives and acknowledges that event organizers are not responsible for loss or damage resulting from theft, weather, fire, accident, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
Vendor agrees to comply with all event rules and regulations and all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, permits, licensing requirements, and health and safety requirements.
By signing below, Vendor acknowledges that it has read, understands, and voluntarily agrees to the terms of this Release, Waiver, Indemnification, and Hold Harmless Agreement.
